Academica Favorite To Sign JOHN UGOCHUKWU OGU

Highly rated Nigerian midfielder John Ugochukwu Ogu is attracting concrete interest from Portuguese club Académica.
The Portuguese Edition of Record says Coach Pedro Emanuel has targeted Ogu as one of his priorities this summer. There is already a proposal from Académica which the former U.D Leiria player is studying.
There are other clubs jostling for the signature of the 24-year-old. However, Académica are primed to land the versatile player who caught the eye last season for relegated U.D Leiria, with his qualities as an offensive and defensive player.
Also, Benfica had been linked with a move for Ogu. But there is no contact between the Portuguese giants and the ex Almeria man.
