Super Eagles midfielder on the radar of Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, PSG and AC Milan
Published: January 29, 2025Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika, who has been making waves at Club Brugge, is reportedly on the radar of some of Europe's top clubs.
According to The Telegraph, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain, and AC Milan are all interested in signing the 23-year-old.
Onyedika has been impressive for Club Brugge, playing 119 matches for the Belgian club since joining from FC Midtjylland in 2022.
His defensive skills and midfield prowess have caught the attention of top clubs across Europe.
The Nigerian midfielder's stats are also pretty impressive as he has averaged 10.5 kilometers per match in the Champions League this season, and his passing accuracy has been an impressive 90.34%.
Onyedika's performances have caught the attention of top clubs across Europe, and he is reportedly being linked with a departure from Club Brugge.
However, it seems that Club Brugge are keen to hold onto Onyedika, at least for the time being.
As per the report, the Belgian club would like to keep the midfielder, especially if they manage to progress to the next round of the Champions League.
Club Brugge face Manchester City tonight, and a draw would secure their place in the top 24. Even if they lose, they still have a chance of progressing, depending on results from other matches.
Onyedika's contract with Club Brugge runs until the summer of 2027, but it remains to be seen whether he will stay with the Belgian club or make a move to one of Europe's top leagues.
With top clubs circling, Onyedika's future will certainly be one to watch.
