Man Utd 0 Real Sociedad 1 : Sadiq helps La Liga side record first-ever win v English club

United attempted to assert themselves but it was Sociedad that went into ascendancy.
Brais Méndez converted a penalty for Real Sociedad with a left footed shot to the bottom right corner to put the La Liga side ahead in the 59th minute.
Cristiano Ronaldo was particularly left frustrated with the resolute defending by the visitors and had multiple scoring chances denied.
