Ten Hag promotes winger of Nigerian descent to Man Utd first team training pre-Leicester
Published: August 30, 2022Manchester United Head Coach Erik ten Hag ran the rule over England U19 international of Nigerian descent Shola Shoretire on Tuesday with a view to making a decision on the winger's inclusion in the traveling squad to Leicester City.
The latest training images published by United on their official website and social media platforms confirm that the Anglo-Nigerian winger was involved in today's workout at Carrington Training Ground.
Speculation over the future of Shoretire at Manchester United has refused to die down, two days before the summer transfer window closes for business.

The 18-year-old was left out of the Red Devils Tour 2022 squad in July and it was claimed then that a loan move was on the cards.
He has been involved in only one match from a possible four for the Old Trafford outfit in the new Premier League 2 season - despite not carrying an injury.
Heralded as the next big thing to emerge out of the Manchester United academy eighteen months ago, Shoretire has totaled five games for the first team since his senior debut against Newcastle United in February 2021.
He was a key member of Manchester United youth teams in 2021-2022, ending the campaign with 19 goal involvements (9 goals, 10 assists) from twenty nine appearances in all competitions.
