Fabrizio Romano reports that Chukwuemeka will be traveling to London tonight for final details of the contract and the 18-year-old mesmerizing midfielder will put pen to paper on a mammoth six-year deal that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2028.

Chukwuemeka's medical examinations are booked for tomorrow and he will be unveiled to the Stamford Bridge faithful later in the week.
Phil McNulty also reported that the transfer is worth up to 20 million pounds and Aston Villa's negotiators will feel that they did well to get the sum for a player who they risk losing for free in five months.
Villa’s negotiators, led by CEO Christian Purslow, will regard getting £20m for a player who has made just two Premier League starts as good business in the circumstances as they were at risk of losing him for free in five months. Chukwuemeka rejected a lucrative offer.

This is a major coup as the Blues have just sealed a deal for one of the most talented youngsters in the Premier League under the noses of rival clubs both home and abroad.
Chukwuemeka's concern over his playing time led to his decision to reject a contract renewal proposal from the Villains so it is likely that he has been given some sort of assurances over how much he will play.
The youngster will be hoping to impress Thomas Tuchel and hit the ground running to force himself into the German manager's plans.
