Published: July 08, 2022English Premier League giants Chelsea informed on Thursday, July 7 that Prince Adegoke has embarked on his first loan since joining the club but did not reveal the length of deal signed by the Nigerian goalkeeper.

Adegoke has joined Welling United in search of first team football, which Chelsea cannot provide.
Édouard Mendy, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcus Bettinelli, Jamie Cumming and Teddy Sharman-Lowe are ahead of Adegoke in the pecking order of goalkeepers at Stamford Bridge.
The Nigerian was invited to train with Chelsea's first team goalkeepers last season but didn't receive a call-up for a senior game.
Although it's step six in the English football league pyramid, Adegoke is going to be playing men's football in the new campaign.
Adegoke's qualities as a goalkeeper are his shot stopping, coming out for crosses, commanding his area and he's good with his feet as well.
