Ebiowei had a breakout campaign at Derby County last season, finishing with three goal involvements in sixteen outings in the Championship and he will be aiming to reproduce that brilliant form in the forthcoming season for Crystal Palace.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United also showed interest in signing Ebiowei before Crystal Palace won the race for his signature.
Ebiowei spent time at the Chelsea, Arsenal and Glasgow Rangers academies before he was snapped up by Derby County last September.
He was named in Nigeria's provisional squad for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil.
