Without disclosing the length of contract, NK Slaven Belupo revealed that he has joined the club as a free agent.
A member of the Nigeria squad to the 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup in Poland, Udo has one cap for the senior national team.
In his first words after the deal was confirmed, Udo said to NK Slaven Belupo's official website : "I am happy that I arrived in the Croatian league and Slaven Belupo.
"I want to adapt as soon as possible and impose myself on the coach through maximum commitment in every training session.
"I believe that we will start with better results and in the end have a successful season."
The 21-year-old Udo previously defended the colours of NPFL giants Enyimba and Bnei Sakhnin.
