Only 200 spectators including officials permitted to watch Benin vs Nigeria at Stade Charles de Gaulle

According to a press release by the Fédération Béninoise de Football, only 200 spectators including officials will be permitted to watch from the stands the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Benin and Nigeria, meaning the game will be played behind closed doors, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The Benin Federation continue to negotiate with Africa's football governing body, CAF to increase the number of spectators who will be allowed to attend the game.
Social distancing measures will be in place at the Stade Charles de Gaulle in Porto-Novo, and journalists wishing to cover the game must present negative RT-PCR test reports to the CAF doctor before they are allowed access to the stadium.
Nigerian journalists were probably barred from covering the Super Eagles workout on Friday evening because of the aforementioned reason.
Eighty law enforcement agents will be deployed to ensure security before, during and after the match.
Today's game is live on three major television stations - Office de Radiodiffusion et Télévision du Bénin, Canal+ and Nigerian Television Authority.
