The Nigerian-born winger has agreed a four-year deal with Fenerbahce with effect from July 1, 2021 but the Turkish Super Lig giants want the deal to be brought forward.
Queens Park Rangers are insisting on a transfer fee thought to be in the region of 750,000 pounds before terminating their contract with Osayi-Samuel before its
expiration.
The 23-year-old is expected to travel to Istanbul next week if the two clubs can reach an agreement on a fee.
In quotes carried by West London Sport, Warburton stated : "Bright’s a QPR player until I’m told otherwise. Simple as that.
