Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has announced his starting line-up and substitutes for Tuesday evening's international friendly against Tunisia at the Jacques Lemans Arena, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
Sparta Rotterdam goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is set to make his third international appearance as he has been preferred in goal over Dele Alampasu and Mathew Yakubu.
Hoffenheim's Kevin Akpoguma makes his full debut for the national team and starts at right-back; Leon Balogun has been given another chance at center back and is partnered by Kenneth Omeruo while Zaidu Sanusi retains his left-back position.
In midfield, West Brom's Semi Ajayi and Everton's Alex Iwobi start alongside Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon.
Kelechi Iheanacho starts a game for the Super Eagles for the first time in two years and will play behind his former Leicester City teammate Ahmed Musa in attack.
Goalkeepers Alampasu and Yakubu, Chidozie Awaziem, Tyronne Ebuehi, Ola Aina, Jamilu Collins, Mikel Agu, Frank Onyeka, Samson Tijani, Paul Onuachu, Cyriel Dessers and Chidera Ejuke are all included on the bench.
With only six substitutes allowed, at least one of the invited players will return to his club without tasting action this international break.
