Published: April 18, 2020Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze believes Victor Osimhen has what it takes to become a world class striker in the near future.
The two exciting youngsters rose through the Nigeria youth team ranks, first playing for the Golden Eaglets, then Flying Eagles and Olympic Eagles, before establishing themselves as Nigeria internationals.
While Osimhen picked up the Golden Boot award at the 2015 U17 World Cup after netting 10 goals for the country, Chukwueze was awarded the Bronze Boot.
Chukwueze highlighted three goalscoring qualities of Osimhen as he discussed their excellent relationship on and off the pitch.
"I have a special relationship with Victor Osimhen. It started with the Under 17, we understand ourselves and we vibed well in that team," said Chukwueze in an interview with the Super Eagles Media Team via Instagram.
"Today it is even better as we have grown close and we are like brothers/family. He advises me and pushes me to achieve more. We have a perfect relationship.
"We have not seen anything yet from Victor, he is going to be a world class striker, he has speed, strength and a great shooter of the ball."
