Man City, Lyon, Bayern Munich, Villarreal To Scout Golden Eaglets Stars Against Angola
Published: April 16, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that representatives from top European clubs will be in attendance on Wednesday afternoon when the Golden Eaglets face off with Tanzania at the National Stadium, Dar es Salaam.
Lyon from France, Villarreal from Spain, Manchester City from England and German champions Bayern Munich have sent their scouts to run the rule over the outstanding Golden Eaglets players.
It is unclear at this stage their subject of interest but the likes of Akinkunmi Amoo, Wisdom Ubani and Ibraheem Jabaar caught the eye in the Golden Eaglets opening match against Tanzania.
Ahead of their meeting against the Palanquinhas, the Golden Eaglets held their last workout on Tuesday afternoon, starting from 1500 hours local time, which is 1300 hours in Nigeria.
Nigeria U17s assistant coach Jolomi Atume and Chelsea teen sensation Adrian Akande were picked to represent the national team at the pre-match press conference this afternoon.
The five-time world champions will all but qualify for the FIFA World Cup if they beat Angola.
