Gernot Rohr has refused to rule out the possibility of managing a club in future but hopes to see out his contract with the Super Eagles.
The 65-year-old German has previously coached Bordeaux, Créteil, Nice, étoile Sahel and Nantes and has been managing African countries, including Gabon, Niger, Burkina Faso and Nigeria, in the last nine years.
Rohr extended his contract with the Nigeria Football Federation until 2020, before last year's World Cup in Russia.
Speaking to Girondins4ever.com, he said : ''You never know, I still feel in good shape and all these adventures have toughened me. I'm immune to all that we could live in football, especially in Africa.
''When you're there, nothing scares you anymore (laughs). But I'm very happy in Nigeria, I still have two years of my contract.
''Let's have a good Africa Cup of Nations, and then we'll see''.
Excluding the forfeited match against Algeria, Rohr has lost only one game against African opposition since he was appointed coach of the Super Eagles in August 2016.
