Published: August 12, 2018Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo has inferred that La Liga duo Real Betis and Levante are not in talks with Chelsea over a permanent transfer to Spain in the summer transfer window, contrary to local media reports.
The central defender has acknowledged to scorenigeria.com.ng that Spanish La Liga clubs Leganes and Real Valladolid are interested in signing him and is hoping that negotiations will be concluded this week.
''My future could well be sorted out this week with two clubs from Spain currently working on a deal with Chelsea,'' Omeruo stated.
''But Leganes or Real Valladolid have to meet the financial terms of Chelsea before a deal will be agreed.''

Although Omeruo has been linked with several Turkish Super Lig teams in this window, the 2018 World Cup star mentioned that Bursapor and Kasimpasa are in the race to sign him.
The 24-year-old previously played on loan at ADO Den Haag, Middlesbrough, Alanyaspor and Kasimpasa, since joining Chelsea in January 2012.
