Official: Manchester City Announce Outgoing Transfer Of Nigerian Whizkid
Published: August 03, 2018Through a press release published on their official website, English champions Manchester City have confirmed the outgoing transfer of Nigerian defender Tosin Adarabioyo.
The Mancunian has joined demoted Premier League side West Brom on a season-long loan to continue his development after earning promotion to the first team of the Citizens.
Adarabioyo has made eight appearances for City's first team to date since he made his senior debut against Chelsea in the FA Cup back in February 2016.
The 20-year-old has been connected with Manchester City since the age of five.
Adarabioyo is the third defender recruited by West Brom this summer, with Kyle Bartley and Conor Townsend arriving at The Hawthorns last month.
The ball-playing central defender captained a Manchester City team that contained Kelechi Iheanacho in the final of the FA Youth Cup during the 2014-2015 season.
