Leicester City Reject N5.7B Bid From Al Nassr For Ahmed Musa
Published: July 22, 2018Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr have made their interest in Ahmed Musa official by lodging a bid for the Nigeria international, according to reports.
Sky Sports Uk says Leicester have rejected a £12m (N5.7B in Nigerian currency) bid from Al Nassr for the services of the Super Eagles star.
Despite Musa having two years remaining on his contract with the Foxes, the Premier League side want to recoup the majority of the £16.6m they paid CSKA Moscow for his signature in 2016.
Last season, the 25-year-old played no part in any of the 24 matches contested by Leicester City in the Premier League before he was farmed out on loan to the Muscovites.
The former Kano Pillars star is not lacking in suitors after showcasing his talents at the 2018 World Cup in addition to his performance while on loan at CSKA in the second half of last season.
Clubs in Turkey, including Galatasaray, are also circling for Ahmed Musa.
