Fifa Asks Nigeria Fans To Choose 2018 World Cup Team Bus Slogan
Published: May 04, 2018On Friday afternoon, Fifa asked Super Eagles fans to choose the slogan that will be emblazoned on their bus during the 2018 World Cup.
Three slogans were shortlisted for each of the 32 participating nations – all submitted by a FIFA.com reader in the Be There with Hyundai Contest, and a Twitter poll will decide the winning slogan.
Here are the three options for the slogan that will appear in Nigeria's bus at Russia 2018:
Option 1 : ''The Spirit of Unity''.
Option 2 : ''The Dream Of One Team, The Heartbeat of Millions''.
Option 3 : ''The Wings of African Pride''.
As at the time of this report, the slogan,'The Wings of African Pride' was topping the Twitter poll with 48 percent of the 2,088 votes cast.
In second place is 'The Dream Of One Team, The Heartbeat of Millions' with 27 percent, while 'The Spirit of Unity' was the least preferred with 25 percent.
The individual who came up with the winning slogan will be rewarded with a trip to Russia 2018, including accommodation in a four-star hotel and opportunity to escort the Super Eagles to the stadium for one of their matches.
