Official: Nigerian Winger Pens New Deal At Premier League Side Burnley
Published: April 11, 2018Through a statement on their official website, English Premier League side Burnley have informed that promising Nigerian winger Tunde Bayode has penned a new deal with the club.
The highly-rated teenager has taken his first steps toward making his competitive debut for the Clarets after penning his first professional contract.
He was a third-year scholar at Burnley before he was offered fresh terms to extend his stay.
Speaking on the players that have extended their contracts, Academy Manager Jonathan Pepper said : ''They have all deserved those professional deals and the chance to develop their careers further at Burnley,” said
''The same goes for the others whose stays have been extended and we look forward to them kicking on next season with the under-23s and, hopefully, in the future at senior level.''
Bayode represented Burnley U23s in the Professional Development League 2 and Premier League Cup this season.
