Brian Idowu Wows Eagles Teammates At Initiation, NFF Say His Voice Is Sexy
Published: November 14, 2017Amkar Perm defender Brian Idowu and young Deportivo de La Coruña goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, who have both received call-ups to the senior national team for the first time in their careers, have been initiated into the Super Eagles.
As part of their initiation, the two newbies were forced to stand on a chair and required to sing a song of their choice.
Of the two players, Idowu was the standout performer with his performance of Mario's hit song, ''Let Me Love You', and the Super Eagles players showed their approval by clapping and urging him on.
Francis Uzoho appeared shy and refused to sing, he was laughing as the video was being recorded.
The Nigeria Football Federation thinks Idowu has a sexy voice, and posted on Instagram : ''Team welcome Amkar Perm of Russia's @idovubryan in their usual way. Check out Bryan's sexy voice. Cool right? #SoarSuperEagles''.
If the Super Eagles last workout is anything to go by, Idowu and Uzoho will start on the bench in this evening's clash against Argentina, though the Russian-based defender has been promised game time by manager Gernot Rohr.
