The Hale End Academy product was joined on the trip to London by his family friend Ola Aina, who debuted for the national team in Saturday's 1-0 win over Zambia.
Iwobi will be hoping to retain his place in the starting line-up when Arsenal make the shot trip to Vicarage Road, where they face Isaac Success's Watford in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
Chelsea loanee Ola Aina is poised to resume training with Hull City on Tuesday and will be making his 12th straight appearance in the EFL Championship if he's named in the squad to face Norwich City this weekend.
Meanwhile, midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo is with his family in Warri and will fly to Lagos tomorrow morning, before connecting another flight to Portugal.
Chippa United goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi will return to South Africa on Wednesday, October 11 ahead of his side's clash with Maritzburg United.
