Chelsea Loanee Kenneth Omeruo Impresses On Full Debut For Kasimpasa
Kenneth Omeruo made his second full debut for Kasimpasa in their 1-1 draw with Kayserispor at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadyumu (İstanbul) on Sunday afternoon.

In his first action since returning to the club where he spent the 2015-2016 on loan from Chelsea, the central defender lasted 23 minutes on the pitch in last weekend's defeat to Galatasaray.

Two years and a month after his first full debut for Kasimpasa against Gaziantepspor, the Nigeria international lasted the distance against Kayserispor.

Omeruo was impressive and was very close to helping goalkeeper Ramazan Köse to post a shutout until the second minute of second-half stoppage time when Atila Turan scored an excellent goal from outside the box, which he was not at fault for.

The Chelsea loanee was not part of the Nigeria squad that faced Cameroon in the World Cup qualifiers last month but hopes to be recalled when Gernot Rohr announces his roster this week, having sorted out his club future.

He previously played on loan at ADO Den Haag, Middlesbrough FC and Aytemiz Alanyaspor
