Freddie Ladapo Will Not Make Eagles Debut Against Manchester City
Former Flying Eagles invitee Freddie Ladapo will not make his first team debut for Crystal Palace when they take on Manchester City at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The attacker started for the Eagles U23 team against Bristol City in a Professional Development League encounter staged in Filton on Friday evening.

Fourteen minutes from time, Ladapo restored Crystal Palace's one goal advantage before Lumeka netted his second goal of the game to make it 3-1 in the closing minutes.

The 24-year-old was included in Crystal Palace's match day squad in the opening round of the season against Huddersfield Town but has been out of reckoning since then.

Freddie Ladapo joined the Eagles in March 2016 following a successful trial with the club's development team, where he netted a hat-trick against Watford.

Last season, he spent time on loan at Oldham Athletic and Shrewsbury Town.
