Chelsea Confirm Victor Moses's Availability In January/February 2019
Chelsea have re-confirmed that Nigeria international Victor Moses will be available for selection in January and February 2019, if he remains at Stamford Bridge.

The Confederation of African Football earlier announced that its flagship tournament, the Africa Nations Cup, will be switched to the summer and expanded to include 24 countries from 2019.

''Incidentally, in regard to Moses, it may have been that missed that as from 2019 the Africa Cup of Nations is to be held in the summer, so the Nigerian will no longer be absent in January/February that year,'' Chelsea stated on their official website.

Moses, a former England youth international, is one of the four homegrown players in Chelsea's squad submitted to the Premier League on September 1, the others being  Gary Cahill, Cesc Fabregas and Danny Drinkwater.

Born in Nigeria, Moses qualifies to be classed a HGP because he was  registered with an English club for a period of three entire seasons or 36 months prior to his 21st birthday.

The 26-year-old has returned to the English capital after representing Nigeria in their World Cup qualifiers and has been training with Chelsea's first team since Wednesday, September 6.
