Who Will Replace Victor Moses? Chelsea Coach Hints But Spain International Tipped
Published: August 11, 2017Chelsea start the defense of their Premier League title with a game against Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon, and Italian manager Antonio Conte is lacking personnel in a key position ahead of the fixture.
With Super Eagles star Victor Moses unavailable for selection due to suspension, because of the red card he was shown in the Emirates FA Cup final against Arsenal, Conte has hinted that new boy Antonio Rudiger will be named in the starting line-up.
''He's (Rudiger) a good player and (has) a good personality and technique,'' said Antonio Conte.
Conte didn't reveal the role Rudiger will play tomorrow, but it is envisaged that he will play on the right of a three-man defense, with Luiz in the center and Gary Cahill making up the back line.
Spain international Cesar Azpilicueta is expected to slot in at right wing-back.
