The England U20 international was not considered for the meetings against Tranmere Rovers, Wigan Athletic, Crystal Palace and Leicester City, fueling speculation that he was not in tip-top condition.
The Reds manager Jürgen Klopp has announced the twenty-two players that are likely to be handed a run out against the Bundesliga side, leaving out eight players that were in the traveling party to Germany.
Ejaria has been included in the squad along with 2017 Fifa U20 World Cup Golden Ball winner Dominic Solanke.
