Manchester United Thrashed 4-0 By Chivas In Final Of SuperCupNI Globe
Published: July 28, 2017Manchester United U15s lost 4-0 to Mexican outfit Chivas Guadalajara in the final of the SuperCupNI Globe on Friday afternoon.
SuperCupNI Globe is the playoff for the teams that finished 5th-8th in the group stage.
Nigerian attack-minded youngsters Ademipo Odubeko and Shola Shoretire were named in the Red Devils starting eleven.
Chivas Guadalajara were 2-0 up at the break thanks to goals from Kevin Mariscal and Hector Gonzalez, Jesus Orzoco scored a third with ten minutes remaining before Jose Ruiz netted the last goal in the closing minutes.
Ademipo Odubeko finished the competition as Manchester United's joint-top scorer with three goals to his name along with England youth international Teden Mengi.
