Published: July 26, 2017Lagos-born Nigerian midfielder Tosin Kehinde was in action for Manchester United U23 team in their come-from-behind win over Bradford City XI at Apperley Bridge on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old and right wing-back Matthew Olosunde went the distance as the Red Devils secured a 2-1 win courtesy of goals from Zak Dearnley and DJ Buffonge.
''Matthew Olosunde played and Kehinde also played. Both played the full ninety minutes,'' a Manchester United insider told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Kehinde wants to cement his place in Manchester United U23 team in the new season after making 12 appearances off the bench last term.
He is eligible to be registered on Manchester United's Champions League List B as he officially joined the club on July 1, 2014.
Kehinde is blessed with quick feet, trickery, good vision, good at passing combinations, and watchers of youth football in Manchester have described him as the nearest thing to Paul Ince in the Manchester United Academy.
