London Attack : Chelsea Duo, England Team To Wear Black Armbands Vs Japan In Tribute To Victims
The England youth team representing the nation at the ongoing Toulon Tournament in France will wear black armbands when they tackle Japan at the Stade de Lattre-de-Tassigny, Aubagne on Sunday afternoon as a mark of respect to those who died in the London Bridge attack.

Seven people lost their lives in horrific circumstances on Saturday night when terrorists carrying large knives drove a white van into pedestrians before randomly attacking people.

The English FA have sent a message of support via Twitter, stating : ''The #YoungLions will wear black armbands and there will be a minute's silence ahead of today's game with Japan at @TournoiToulon in Aubagne.''

Two players of Nigerian descent, Chelsea duo Ike Ugbo and Tariq Uwakwe, are in the Young Lions squad, with the striker netting the only goal of the game against Angola.

They were both rested against Cuba, but at least one of the aforementioned players is expected to feature against the Japanese.
