Argentina FA To Review Sending Off Of Striker Who Elbowed Chelsea Defender
The Argentina Football Association are not entirely in agreement with the decision of referee Mohamed Abdulla Hassan Mohd to send off striker Lautaro Martinez in the 77th minute in their opener against England at the Fifa U20 World Cup.

The Racing Club frontman received a red card after a pitchside video review showed that he caught Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori with an elbow.

In his post match comments, Argentina U20 manager Sifón Ubeda said : ''We will do a review of Lautaro Martínez's play. If there was no intention it should be analyzed''.

The Argentina Federation are worried that Martinez could miss their remaining two games in the group stage following his dismissal.

Chelsea striker of Nigerian descent Dominic Solanke converted a penalty in stoppage time as the Young Lions secured an impressive 3-0 win over Argentina.
