Nigerian State Governor Tells Arsenal Manager Wenger To Quit
Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola has advised Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to quit in the wake of his side’s 3-1 loss to Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday night.

The 59-year-old politician has predicted that the Frenchman will call time on
his 20-year career with the Emirates outfit sooner rather than later.

Through his official Twitter account,
Aregbesola stated : “Thank you for the memories Arsene”.

Replying to his tweet, a member of of Nigeria House of Representatives, Ayo Omidiran said : “My Oga. ððð. Wenger is going nowhere. Arsenal for life”.

And Aregbesola replied Omidiran : “My 6th sense says you are wrong”.

Arsenal is well followed in Africa’s most populous country due to the past exploits of Super Eagles hero Nwankwo Kanu and the recent rise to prominence of Alex Iwobi.
