Dele Alli Dad Reveals He Paid N10 Million Every Year For Spurs Star To Attend Private School In Nigeria
Published: February 26, 2017Dele Alli’s father, Kehinde Alli, has pleaded with the Tottenham Hotspur sensation to let him back into his life.
It has come to light that multi-millionaire Kehinde paid school fees pegged at 20,000 pounds per annum (approximately N10 million using the unofficial rate) when Dele relocated to Lagos to join his dad.
While in Lagos, the England star lived a comfortable life, with three maids at his beck and call, before moving with his father to Houston, United States.
“Not being able to see or speak to him hurts a lot. Myself and his brothers watch all his games on TV and they ask me, ‘Why won’t he see us?” Kehinde told the online edition of The Sunday Mirror.
“Dele has apparently told his sister I was never there for him growing up, but I can’t understand that. ”
He added : “He lived with me for years and I have always been there for him both emotionally and financially.
“I just want to be here for him and for him to know that I love him.”
