Nigerian Striker Who Scored 14 Goals In One Game Opens Watford Account
Published: February 23, 2017Rinsola Babajide was delighted to open her goalscoring account for Watford Ladieson Wednesday night, few weeks after the Golden Girls confirmed her transfer from Millwall Lionesses.
The 18-year-old needed only two minutes to open the scoring as the Hornets were held to a 1-1 draw by Canadian touring side Griffins WSOC, firing brilliantly from the tightest of angles.
A delighted Rinsola Babajide tweeted after the friendly at Kings Langley FC : “Happy to score my first Watford goal yesterday, hopefully many more â�½ï¸�ð���ð��¾ð��� #GTG #GGM @Watfordladiesfc”.
An England youth international, Rinsola is famous in these parts after netting 14 goals for the University of East London women’s football team in their 40-0 demolition of the University College London in 2016.
She has been called up to England U19s squad for the upcoming La Manga Tournament.
