AC Milan Rival Inter For Signature Of Chelsea Star Obi Mikel
Published: December 23, 2016Italian club AC Milan will rival Inter Milan for the signature of John Obi Mikel in the January transfer window.
L’Equipe is reporting that Marseille face serious competition for the Chelsea midfielder, with the two Milan clubs and Shanghai SIPG also monitoring his situation.
Mikel’s intermediary John Shittu recently confirmed that his client is on the wishlist of clubs based in England, Italy, Germany, Spain and China, adding that he will join a new club for sporting not financial reasons.
The Nigeria captain has fallen out of favour with Chelsea coach Antonio Conte since he returned from the 2016 Olympic Games.
