Ujah, Alaba Face Off In Bundesliga Opener; Balogun & Onisiwo Meet Dortmund
Published: June 29, 2016The official website of the Bundesliga published the fixtures for the 2016-2017 campaign on Wednesday morning.
In the opening match of the season, Anthony Ujah and his Werder Bremen teammates are guest to champions David Alaba’ Bayern Munich on Friday 26 August.
The following day, Mainz pair, Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun and Austria international Karim Onisiwo, travel to North Rhine-Westphalia, where they face Borussia Dortmund.
Sidney Sam’s Schalke 04 tackle Eintracht Frankfurt at the Commerzbank-Arena on match day one.
Werder Bremen’s first four fixtures in the new season are against Bayern, Augsburg, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Mainz.
