What USA President Barack Obama Told Super Eagles Striker Bright Dike
Published: April 21, 2016Bright Dike has talked about his life in the United States, where he was born and spent the whole of his professional career before his move to Amkar Perm in Russia.
The Nigeria international, who attended the University of Notre Dame, recollected that the current president of the United States, Barack Obama, attended his graduation and advised the students about life outside of the college.
“At the university Obama came to our graduation, gave a speech. He said that we should try as adults as well as we tried at the university,” said Bright Dike to sports.ru
“We should be good people, become leaders and help others. The New York Times wrote about it then. I shook his hand. ”
Bright Dike was an unused substitute in Amkar Perm’s loss to Zenit St. Petersburg in the semifinal of the Russian Cup on Wednesday.
