NFF Appoints Amodu Caretaker Manager,To Lead Super Eagles Against Mali,Luxembourg
Published: April 21, 2016The Nigeria Football Federation has appointed the National Technical Director of the NFF,Shaibu Amodu, as caretaker manager of the Super Eagles.
The veteran coach will be assisted by Salisu Yusuf, Imama Amapakabo (Enugu Rangers coach),Kennedy Boboye(Abia Warriors FC coach) and Alloy Agu as goalkeeper trainer.
The coaches led by Amodu will take charge of the Super Eagles for the international friendlies against Mali and Luxembourg on May 27 and June 1 respectively.
The NFF stated that it wants the indigenous coaches to get exposure and acknowledged that there have been a few hitches here and there along the way, but the Board is not deterred.
