Bright Edomwonyi Targets More Goals After First Professional Hat-Trick
Published: April 10, 2016Sturm Graz starlet Bright Edomwonyi is eyeing more goals after scoring his first professional hat-trick against Altach in the Austrian Bundesliga on Saturday.
The former Flying Eagles striker managed two goals prior to the contest with Altach but has more than doubled his tally for this season with his treble at the UPC-Arena.
“I am always having it at the back of my mind as a striker to score goals during games, ” says Edomwonyi to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I was happy to keep the match ball and looking forward to getting another one in the next game.
“I am dedicating the goals to my family and teammates. Without my teammates, it would not have been possible.”
The 21-year-old bagged a hat-trick in Sturm Graz’s 15 - 1 rout of Kraftwerk U30 in a scrimmage last October.
