Manchester City Loanee Nwakali Poised To Make First Start In Pro Career
Published: April 10, 2016Nigeria U20 international Chidiebere Nwakali is poised to make his first start in his professional career as IK Start trade tackles with Molde on Sunday evening.
Manager Steinar Pedersen has named the defensive midfielder in his starting line-up for the game against the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - led team at the Sor Arena.
Nwakali played his first competitive match for IK Start last weekend against Viking after he was introduced in the 70th minute.
Prior to his move to Norway in March, the 19-year-old had two previous loan spells with Malaga and Girona but did not play an official game for the two Spanish teams.
