Official : David Okereke Rewarded With Professional Contract By Spezia
Published: March 31, 2016With a statement published on their official website, Italian Serie B club Spezia Calcio have announced that they have extended their collaboration with Nigerian talent David Chidoze Okereke.
The new agreement between club and player will see the striker remain on the books of the Little Eagles until 2019 as he has put pen to paper on a three-year deal, having signed his first professional contract.
The 18-year-old was rewarded with a new contract after displaying his wares at the 2016 edition of the Viareggio Cup.
Okereke is a product of nursery team Football College Abuja, the academy that produced AS Roma loanees Sadiq Umar and Nura Abdullahi.
