Official : Houston Dynamo Bid Farewell To Rasheed Olabiyi
Published: March 01, 2016Major League Soccer side Houston Dynamo have announced that they have parted company with former Enyimba star Rasheed Olabiyi.
The 25-year-old joined the Dynamo in July 2015 and had seven appearances under his belt, notching an assist, over the course of last season.
Olabiyi featured in four pre-season games for Houston Dynamo against Portland Timbers (February 3), San Jose Earthquakes (February 6), Vancouver Whitecaps (February 9) and Dynamo Academy Under-18s(February 16).
In September 2015, the ex-Nigeria youth international was among the players selected to train with the Argentina national team before their international friendly against Bolivia at BBVA Compass Stadium.
Nigerian-American defenders Jalil Anibaba and Sebastien Ibeagha have been added to Houston Dynamo’s roster ahead of the new season which begins this coming weekend.
