Obafemi Martins Racks Up 41.45 Million Euros In Transfer Fees Following Move To Shanghai Shenhua

Obafemi Martins and his entourage including his lawyer and British-based intermediary Tony Harris are understood to on their way to China, allnigeriasoccer.com exclusively reported.
The FC Ebedei product has now accumulated €41.45 million in transfer fees since moving abroad in 2000.
Reggiana sold Martins to Inter Milan for €750,000 before Newcastle United snapped him up after paying €16 million, then, Wolfsburg spent €10.5 million to sign him from their English counterparts.
The 31-year-old transferred to Rubin Kazan for €9 million in summer of 2010 and enjoyed a loan spell at Birmingham City, with the Blues paying €400,000 as rental fee.
He joined Levante on a free transfer before he was acquired by Seattle Sounders for €3 million.
