Exclusive : Abia Warriors Working On Deal To Sign Dream Team Star Chizoba Amaefule
Published: February 13, 2016Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Nigeria Professional Football League side Abia Warriors are working on a deal to sign Dream Team VI star Chizoba Amaefule.
The former Dolphins and Al-Markhiya SC man is among the players training with the Abia Warriors squad at their get-together in Omoku, Rivers State ahead of their season opener against Ikorodu United.
If Amaefule can agree personal terms with the Umuahia-based club, he is expected to append his signature to a one-year contract.
The 21-year-old has been a long-term target for Abia Warriors, with the club missing out on his signature prior to his switch to Al-Markhiya SC in January 2015.
The Nigeria Under-23 international, who is a free agent, earlier stated that he would not turn down a move to Abia Warriors and Heartland.
