Nwankwo Kanu Voices Concern Over Manner NFF Official Was Killed
Published: January 06, 2016Retired Nigeria international Nwankwo Kanu took to social media to express his feelings over the murder of Nigeria Football Federation Protocol Officer Ibrahim Abubakar.
The former Arsenal and Ajax Amsterdam hero voiced his concern over the manner the NFF official was killed by armed robbers.
“Very bad and sad news that our good friend, the Nigeria Football Federation Chief Protocol was shot dead in his home. Ibrahim Abubakar, Rest In Peace, ” said Nwankwo Kanu.
“You can witch-hunt or try to put people down or bring the name they worked for down or any other bad thing but is bad to take somebody’s life.”
The remains of Ibrahim Abubakar has been taken to Kaduna for burial.
