Published: December 11, 2015Super Eagles manager, Sunday Oliseh, has sensationally revealed that his account was not credited with any upfront payment when he took over as the national team coach, contrary to claims by the Nigeria Football Federation.
It would be recalled that shortly after the former Ajax Amsterdam and Juventus took over the managerial reigns, NFF President Amaju Pinnick, publicly disclosed that he was paid =N=15 million in advance, being three months wages for the period July to September.
“When it comes to money I am disappointed because based on what am being owed I should have stopped working, my assistants should also stop working, ” Oliseh told Brila FM ( via footballlive.ng).
“They make people think I was paid in advance, which is not so and am still waiting to be paid. The only thing is that I just decided not to go public with it. ”
Dream Team VI coach Samson Siasia and Nigeria U17s coach Emmanuel Amuneke had earlier complained that they were being owed salaries by the Federation.
