Official : Fanendo Adi Remains At MLS Cup Champions Portland Timbers

Their prolific Nigerian marksman Fanendo Adi will remain on the books of the Providence Park outfit next term, the club have informed in a press release.
While Portland Timbers have not disclosed the duration of the new deal that Fanendo Adi penned in the summer of 2014, a source close to the attacker has informed allnigeriasoccer.com that he is committed to the club until 2017.
The former Dynamo Kiev, AS Trencin and FC Copenhagen man registered 18 goals and 3 assists in 39 appearances during the 2015 season.
Adi has featured four times in the CONCACAF Champions League and scored twice against Alpha United.
