Super Eagles Youngsters Iwobi, Madu, Ndidi & Simon Included In Dream Team Provisional Squad
Published: October 23, 2015Dream Team VI coach Samson Siasia has invited 51 players to a get - together ahead of the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations , which begins in Senegal next month.
The list made public on Friday afternoon features 16 foreign - based professionals, including Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho, Gent winger Moses Simon and Granada starlet Isaac Success.
Other Flying Eagles players invited include Wilfred Ndidi ( Racing Genk), Dele Alampasu (SC Feirense), Ifeanyi Mathew (El Kanemi F. C), Mustapha Abdullahi( Spotlight FC), Zaharaddeen Bello (Kano Pillars), Ibrahim Alhassan (Heart FC) and Kingsley Sokari ( Enyimba).
Coach Samson Siasia is also expected to run the rule over Nigeria internationals Alex Iwobi, Kingsley Madu and Abdullahi Shehu as well as Anglo - Nigerian pair Viv Solomon - Otabor (Birmingham City) and Uche Ikpeazu ( Port Vale) and if they are released by their European teams before the tournament.
The home - based players invited are expected to report to the Serob Legacy Hotel camp of the Nigeria U23s immediately.
