Vincent Enyeama Joins Super Eagles In Belgium
Published: October 06, 2015Lille numero uno Vincent Enyeama has put an end to speculation that he would not be available for the international friendlies later this week by showing up at the Super Eagles camp in Belgium on Tuesday afternoon.
Only last weekend, the Nigeria skipper buried his late mother, Mrs Lucy Enyeama, and there had been fears that he he will not make the trip to Belgium as he is still mourning his beloved mom.
Enyeama is Nigeria’s record holder for the highest number of international caps (101), the last of which came against Chad in an African Cup of Nations qualifier back in June.
Rizespor defender Godfrey Oboabona was the only foreign - based professional being expected at the Hotel Verviers camp of the Super Eagles as at 1619 hours on Tuesday afternoon.
