Supreme Court GM Confers With Osuji, Insists On Top Performance
Published: July 03, 2015Following a slight change in the technical crew of Supreme Court FC,
General Manager Tolulope Oguntimehin has tasked the new interim Head
Coach Joachim Osuji to re-double his effort and galvanize the required
tactical means to sustain the current performance of the Abuja-based
team.
Osuji assisted Coach Fatai Osho who stepped out of the club during the week and has been with the team from their days in the Nigeria Nation-wide league.
Oguntimehin who spoke in Abuja insisted that the team’s focus would remain to clinch Premier League ticket at the end of the season.
Currently, Apex Boys are sitting second on the log, one point behind leaders, Plateau United and continue their quest to glory when the second stanza of the Nigeria National League, NNL resumes next weekend.
“It is still our desire to achieve our aim despite any form of distraction. All hands must be on deck to sustain the philosophy of the team. I’m confident that the coaching crew will carry on with the club’s winning mentality.
“We will resume training ahead of our next match against Plateau United on Sunday and all I want is total focus and determination. Nobody will interfere with the team’s selection just as it has always been.”
On his part, Coach Osuji assured of his preparedness to move the team forward with a view to achieving the desired result.
Team Manager, Henry Haggai while pointing out the various challenges ahead expressed optimism that they are surmountable.
