CHAN : Super Eagles To Tackle Burkina Faso In October
Published: April 06, 2015In October, the domestic - based Super Eagles will trade tackles with Burkina Faso in the African Nations Championship final round qualification series .
Continental football regulator, CAF, made this known after conducting the draw on Sunday at CAF headquarters in 6th October City, Egypt.
Three nations will qualify from Zone West B, which has Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Niger Republic and Togo.
Nigeria finished third in the last edition of the Championship after defeating Zimbabwe 1 - 0 in the third place match, courtesy of Christian Obiozor’s 85th minute winner.
The fourth edition of the African Nations Championship will take place in Rwanda from 16 January – 7 February 2016.
